3D model of an Italian shotgun developed by Benelli Armi SpA in the late 1990s. The M4 was designed primarily for military and police use, with an emphasis on providing reliable, rapid firepower in close-quarters combat situations. The shotgun features Benelli's innovative Auto-Regulating Gas-Operated (ARGO) system, which uses dual gas pistons for improved reliability and reduced recoil, allowing for quick follow-up shots. The Benelli M4 is capable of firing various types of 12-gauge ammunition. The shotgun has a tubular magazine capacity of 5+1 rounds, which can be extended to 7+1 with an aftermarket extension tube. In 1999, the Benelli M4 was adopted by the United States Marine Corps as the M1014 Joint Service Combat Shotgun.
