yes3D model of an iconic modernist design in Plano, Illinois. Designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, it was completed in 1951 as a weekend retreat for Dr Edith Farnsworth. The house is raised off the ground and sits on stilts, giving it a floating appearance. Its glass walls offer picturesque views of the surrounding woods, while its minimalist design and interior reflect van der Rohe's famous less-is-more philosophy. The house has a single open-plan living area with built-in features such as a kitchen, desk and storage space. Despite its small size and simplicity, it remains a significant example of 20th century residential architecture and has been recognised as a National Historic Landmark.
3D model based on the original dimensions of a real building.
All main parts of the model are separated objects. Therefore, you can easily change all materials. We provide several formats for each model, most of them are available by default.
All objects and materials in a scene are named appropriately. Files do not contain extraneous or hidden objects.
* images rendered with using V-Ray plugin (we don't include lighting and environment to a set).
