yes3D model of a NASA robotic rover designed to explore the Jezero Crater on Mars. Launched on July 30, 2020, it successfully landed on Mars on February 18, 2021. The rover is equipped with a wide range of scientific instruments, including cameras, spectrometers, and a drill, to search for evidence of ancient microbial life and study the planet's geology and climate. Perseverance also carries a small helicopter, Ingenuity, which is the first aircraft to attempt controlled, powered flight on another planet. The mission is expected to last at least one Mars year (about 687 Earth days).
