yes3D model of a Roman throwing spear, used predominantly by Roman legionaries during the Republic and early Empire periods, from the 3rd century BC to the 2nd century AD. The pilum consists of a long wooden shaft, approximately 4 to 6 feet in length, and a narrow, elongated iron or steel shank with a pyramidal point. Roman soldiers typically carried two pila into battle, hurling them at enemy formations just before engaging in close combat with their gladii.
3D model based on the original dimensions of a real weapon. All model files were "smoothed". We can provide product files with un-smoothed geometry by your request.
All main parts of the model are separated objects. Therefore, you can easily change all materials. We provide several formats for each model, most of them are available by default.
* textures included in the set;
* images rendered with using V-Ray plugin (we don't include lighting and environment to a set).
