The stadium was opened in 2009 and has a seating capacity of 47,309 for baseball games. It is one of the most expensive stadiums ever built, with a construction cost of $2.3 billion. The stadium has hosted numerous notable events, including the annual Pinstripe Bowl, concerts, and other sporting events.
