AZOV – Assembly line

As part of the tour you get to see the ENE (Enhance and Enrichment) station, and various other interesting places.

From an overview platform you can see one of our AZOV assembly lines. Here we are at the ENE Chamber where the defence turret tower is getting primed with so called IDA (Ionic Discharge Armour).

One of the main purposes of the IDA is to protect the turret from any type of incoming air damage. Also on this assembly line turret towers are scanned for any anomalies as, after this, they are sent to an assembly depot.

Even though the facility is fully automated we have 24/7 personnel on site making sure that only the best of the best is delivered to our partners around the world.

In the background you can already see the assembled Ground to Ground/Air Defence turrets.

You might notice a lot of piping. We require various minerals, materials, and cooling solutions to be delivered and distributed across different assembly units.

Speaking of delivery, you might want to cover your ears for a bit as an HST (High Speed Train) is just passing by at the top right, delivering new parts and materials to the assembly depot.

This factory never sleeps, and is always in a production-ready state.
