Water to begin again

Due to major climate changes, a severe drought has hit the earth resulting in the absence of clean water. In an effort to find a solution, a space refinery orbiting mars has been dispatched to collect water beneath the north polar ice cap. The water withdrawn is purified in the refinery and stored inside its huge domes, waiting to be brought to earth.
