Maintenance at dawn

The Lada Niva is one of the most reliable and best off-roaders in our realm, but in other dimensions as well! This particular image shows a simple maintenance check on one of the radar posts. It is very cold and very early in the morning. Our worker is tired and needs to keep focus at these early times, but at least he doesn't need to worry about the car...

I really enjoyed working on this image and my main focus on this scene was to develop a nice atmosphere with volume lights and fog. I also created a very rough terrain with 3 different gravel and soil materials. Another challenge was to make dried plants and smaller vegetation on the ground.
