3D model of a prominent 48-story skyscraper, also known as the Condé Nast Building, standing at 809 feet (247 meters) tall in the heart of New York City's Times Square. Completed in 1999, the building was designed by the architectural firm Fox & Fowle Architects and features a modern glass and steel facade with an array of multi-colored LED lights. As an early pioneer of environmentally sustainable design, 4 Times Square boasts energy-efficient systems, including photovoltaic panels and fuel cells.
