3D model of the tallest building in the United States and the Western Hemisphere. It stands at 1,776 feet, symbolising the year of America's independence. The tower was built to replace the original World Trade Center, which was destroyed in the September 11 terrorist attacks. It opened to the public in November 2014 and took eight years to build. The 104-storey skyscraper is located in the heart of Lower Manhattan, where the original World Trade Center towers once stood. One World Trade Center features a 408-foot-tall spire, a museum, a transportation hub and a glass-enclosed observation deck on the 100th floor that offers breathtaking views of New York City.
