Type 23 frigate 3D model

3D model of a multi-purpose warship built for the Royal Navy of the United Kingdom. The first ship was commissioned in 1989, and a total of 16 frigates have been built. The Type 23 frigate is equipped with a wide range of weapons and sensors, including anti-ship missiles, torpedoes, guns, and surveillance radars. It also has a flight deck and hangar for one Lynx or Wildcat helicopter. The frigate has a length of approximately 133 meters and a displacement of around 4,900 tons. It has a top speed of 28 knots and a range of 7,500 nautical miles. The Type 23 frigate has been used for a variety of missions, including anti-submarine warfare, anti-piracy operations, and disaster relief efforts. It is also capable of conducting surveillance and intelligence gathering operations. The Type 23 frigate is gradually being replaced by the newer Type 26 frigate in the Royal Navy's fleet.
