There is something about a production line for refurbished cars that is just the level of twist on a commonly seen and imagined assembly line that really tickles me. The storytelling here is clear, at least for those who know cars and the generations of design, much less the more favored designs of the years and the choice of car here is widely recognized as one of the best.
The render itself is technically interesting to me as there is a level of grain here that implies a much older photograph, but the photograph is ultimately of both a more modern assembly line as well as a modern theme to it. I like that the juxtaposition of old and new is baked into every level of the work. The lighting is interesting as it implies the large, second story windows you find in older style factories like this. The choice to have a single “Highlight” car is great composition choice, though it does sort of hit on the storytelling a bit I agree with its usage here and think it makes for a great overall piece.
