This is the future that will come sooner than we think. When resources of The Earth run out, the world order will lose its power and humahkind will have to survive. Anarchy and iniquity rule over people in the world, where the most valuable resources are pure water and gasoline. Gangbands harass civilians, taking away everything they want.

There, if you do not agree with the new order, you need a fast car becauseyou cannot avoid the chase. You're not looking for fights, you're too tired of them and you only want to be left alone.
