3D model of a 1,396 foot residential skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. It is the third tallest building in the United States and the tallest residential building in the world. Completed in 2015, the building has 96 floors and 104 luxury condominiums. It was designed by Rafael Vinoly and developed by CIM Group and Macklowe Properties. Constructed in concrete and clad in glass and stainless steel, the building has a sleek and modern appearance. The building's penthouse sold for a record $95 million in 2016, making it the highest-priced sale in New York City history at the time.
